Lexi |
February 17, 1964 was a day that would change the world
forever. It was the day that brought forth..... LEXI!!!
Ok, perhaps it wasn’t that momentous to the whole world, but
it certainly was to mine. I was born and raised in
Massachusetts, the youngest of 6 kids. I am single and I
have two of the most beautiful kids you will ever want to
know, Elizabeth and CD. Ok, they’re adults, but they’ll
always be my kids.
I started in internet radio
broadcasting about 4 years ago on an “alternative” station.
From there I went to a much larger venue and really began
experiencing what it’s like to be a DJ. After that, I
opened my own small internet station. I loved having the
station but the bills were getting too big so I had to close
it down. I then started my broadcasting degree where I
interned for three months at the Bob Rivers Show in
Seattle. I haven’t completed my degree yet, but it’s still
in the works.
I may not be the most knowledgeable when it comes to
music, but I enjoy learning about and researching artists.
I love to hear from my listeners, even if it’s just to say
hello. I tend to yack about stupid stuff and babble, but
supposedly that is part of my charm. Go figure! You never
know what you’re going to get when you listen to me. I am a
woman of many moods so tune in to hear them all. Thanks for
your support. NOTE: DJ Lexi has Retired.
